The Evolution to the Self-Operating Network

Telcos need to massively scale their networks to meet the 50% annual growth in network traffic, but with no corresponding revenue growth there will have to be capex and opex reductions. Apstra has developed its own operating system, AOS, that sits on top of the infrastructure to enable telcos to manage their networks as a system in a fully automated way, and in the process further disaggregating software to enable telcos to bring in their own comedy hardware.
